Our quality policy:
The object of our company‘s effort is to satisfy our guests and clients.
As top management we explicitly declare our will to fulfill and to exceed these quality requirements. The quality of all our internal and our external services will increase and will be improved permanently. Thus, all action for ensuring our quality is a firm component of our quality policy. By these activities we motivate our personnel to carry out their tasks according to the contents of this quality management manual (QMM) and the related quality management system (QMS) documentation.
This way we strengthen our competitiveness and secure work places. We are also aware, that implementing a QMS can cause partly significant changes in work places. Our plans will succeed by the engagement and above-average effort of our staff. Necessary means and resources for this are provided by the management in appropriate extent.
The top management evaluates the QMS by means of periodic reporting of the QR about the state of establishing, implementing and efficiency of the system. Should mistakes or deviations be discovered, the top management decides on the kind and the extent of appropriate corrective action. The efficiency of these corrections will be controlled. With our quality policy, the responsibility of the management increases, too. The management is aware of their new role and commits explicitly to contribute to advancement and to promote the QMS to an economically appropriate extent.
